Blue Economy is a sustainability movement, started by Gunter Pauli, which is now being replicated worldwide. Blue Economy is the most complete sustainability system on our planet. The basis is holistic systematic thinking, in which the whole and the connections are just as important as the individual particles. LOHAS is an abbreviation for Lifestyle or Health and Sustainability. The LOHAS consumer now represents 15-24% of the European consumer market. IBI² offers product passports for sustainable products to show your customers, what your products added value is. The product passport will openly state the facts about your product with regard to, among other things, your footprint of CO2 emissions, transport, energy, recycling and raw materials. The consumer is then free to decide whether your product meets his or her sustainability principles.
